GT-Remex-F5K 1490mm ARF (F5K Competition Electric Motor Glider) The Remex F5K (Electric Powered) glider complies with the international and US regulations for the F5K competition class. F5K is a class for Electric Launch Thermal Duration Gliders for multi-task competition with Electric Motor and Altimeter/Motor Run Timer (AMRT) and limited to 1.5 metres wingspan. The Remex F5K ARF is a fully built electric powered ARF model with multicolored coverings where you only have to install the 5 servos, Motor, ESC and a 2S 600mAh lipo and the receiver. Everything else has already been taken care of by the manufacturer. The two colored ironed ribbed wings with a double V shape are in 3 parts, the outer ears are attached with GRP connectors and secured with tape, the anti-twist protection is pins. There is a large brake flap (spoiler) with magnet in the middle section for precise landings and safe exit from thermals. The front fuselage and the tailplane is made of CFRP. The large CF canopy lid with magnetic closure provides generous access and installation space for servos, receivers and batteries. The wing is screwed on from above with 2 screws. The elevator and rudder are weight-optimized, built in a conventional ribbed design and finished with ironing. The elevator is removable and is screwed on, The rudder is firmly glued. The rudder and elevator linkage operates with cables and spring return. Specs:
